Renting Tips

Kehoe Auctioneers provide a professional letting service for our commercial customers. We are aware that the process of letting your premises can time consuming and demanding, so why not leave it in our hands. The following steps in this process are outlined below.

Advertising

We will advertise on our own website www.kehoe.ie and also www.daft.ie and www.myhome.ie and also in the local newspaper. Our advertising will include digital photographs of your property, a walk through video is suitable. The appropriate description including rates etc and then we will also erect a “To Let” board sign at the property.

Viewing

Accompanying prospective tenants to view the property as many times as necessary until a suitable tenant is sourced. Obtain and check references of prospective tenants and seek approval from the landlord (if instructed).

Lease Agreement

We will prepare the tenancy agreements for signing by the tenant and witnessed by our auctioneer and collect any agreed first and last rents.
